Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced OFSC consultant to support design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Field Service Cloud solutions. You will gather requirements, map processes, configure OFSC, and coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive successful deployments.

This hybrid role in Atlanta, GA requires three days per week in the office, with potential consideration of candidates in Dallas, TX or Tampa, FL.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; if an associate degree, six years of experience may apply.

The work:

supporting the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) solutions. This role partners with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project members to gather requirements, map business processes, support testing, and help drive successful deployment of field service capabilities.

• Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end field service solutions.

This is a hybrid role in Atlanta, GA and will require three days per week in the office. May consider qualified candidates in Dallas, TX or Tampa, FL.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Bonus points if you have:

• Knowledge of scheduling, dispatch, mobility, and service operations.
• Experience in large-scale transformation or system implementation projects.
• Client‑facing consulting experience preferred.
• Oracle Cloud Certification

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
