Job summary

Home Run Inn is seeking an Offsite Inventory Specialist to ensure inventory accuracy and smooth warehouse operations at an offsite facility. You will coordinate movements, verify shipments, and document transactions to support timely product availability.

You will collaborate with warehouse teams, transportation, and purchasing to resolve discrepancies and optimize processes. The role is full-time with a 6:00 AM–2:00 PM schedule and opportunities for growth within a long-standing Chicago-area

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in warehouse, inventory control, logistics or manufacturing preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic computer and ERP system experience.
Ability to use barcode scanners and inventory tracking systems.
Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate inbound and outbound inventory movements.
Receive, verify, and document inventory shipments.
Pick, verify, and prepare customer and internal orders for shipment.
Maintain accurate product identification, storage, and lot traceability.
Complete inventory transactions accurately within our ERP system.
Serve as a link between offsite warehouse, Home Run Inn facilities, third-party partners, and internal teams.
