Job summary

Home Run Inn is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Woodridge, IL facility. You will lead the day-to-day warehouse operations, support production and customer orders, and partner with Supply Chain, Production, and Quality to keep the business running smoothly.

You’ll manage a team across shipping, receiving, components, raw materials, packaging, and finished goods while balancing safety, inventory accuracy, productivity, and customer service. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred.
• 5+ years in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing.
• 2+ years of direct supervisory, leadership, or coaching experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and WMS functionality.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel.
• Food manufacturing or regulated warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop warehouse team across multiple areas.
• Build schedules, assign priorities, adjust staffing, set expectations.
• Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and development.
• Maintain training docs, skills matrices, certifications, and standards.
• Lead daily warehouse huddles focusing on safety, inventory, and priorities.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, shipping/receiving, and compliance.
• Coordinate material readiness and production support per schedule.
