Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a Senior Preconstruction Leader for Offsite Manufacturing (OSM) to direct and deliver preconstruction services, guiding planning and implementation of OSM solutions for diverse client projects.

You will provide expert guidance on best practices, manage cross-functional teams, and collaborate with sourcing and operations to optimize cost, schedule, and logistics across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop long-lasting client relationships and identify sales opportunities.
• Read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedule.
• Negotiation skills with the ability to influence and engage others.
• Professional written and verbal communication with effective presentation delivery.
• Self-starter with project management skills and capability to manage concurrent complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee preconstruction activities for Offsite Manufacturing strategies across multiple stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to collaborate with Turner entities to optimize project operations and expand OSM offerings.
• Develop and manage OSM Precon team and resources for multiple projects.
• Coordinate with project teams on constructability, quantity takeoffs, and cost analysis.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategy with xPL Supply Chain.
• Lead and oversee development of OSM Scopes of Work and responsibility matrices.
• Oversee bidding strategies and procurement processes for manufacturing vendors.
• Manage continuous updates of OSM solutions database for cost, schedule, and labor trends.
• Provide leadership to build high-performing teams and promote diversity and inclusion.
