Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced leader to direct and deliver Offsite Manufacturing preconstruction services for planning and implementation of OSM solutions. You will guide best practices, manage teams, and collaborate with multiple Turner units and clients to optimize operations and expand offerings.

The role requires deep knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, and procurement, plus strong leadership and client-relations skills to win work and implement offsite

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field with 8+ years experience
• Strong knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing and engineering principles
• Ability to develop client relationships and win work
• Ability to read contracts, drawings, specs, and project schedules
• Experience in leadership across regions and coaching others
• Negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-starter with project management and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee preconstruction activities for Offsite Manufacturing strategies.
• Identify opportunities to expand OSM services across units and projects.
• Develop and manage OSM Precon team to support multiple projects.
• Coordinate with teams on constructability, takeoffs, cost analysis, and sequencing.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Operations to plan staffing and sourcing.
• Review designs and contracts to support OSM implementation.
• Develop OSM Scopes of Work and responsibility matrices with vendors.
• Lead bidding strategies and procurement processes for vendors.
• Maintain OSM solution databases for cost and schedule trends.
• Support business development with data analysis on opportunities.
