Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a senior-level leader to direct Offsite Manufacturing preconstruction services for planning and implementing OSM solutions across business units and client projects.

The role requires guiding industry best practices, coordinating with xPL teams, and developing a high-performing OSM organization. Strong leadership, collaboration, and cost/ schedule insight are essential to drive value and project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of related experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee preconstruction activities for Offsite Manufacturing strategies across multiple units and projects.
• Collaborate with Turner entities to optimize operations and expand OSM services.
• Develop and manage OSM Precon team resources and project support.
• Coordinate with project teams on constructability, quantity takeoffs, and cost analysis.
• Develop SOWs and responsibility matrices with vendors and internal teams.
• Oversee bidding strategies and procurement processes for OSM solutions.
• Lead progress reviews and drive continuous lean improvements across projects.
