Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience as a Wind Technician; 3+ years of specialized experience troubleshooting hydraulic and electrical systems; leadership of field teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily contractual obligations with minimal supervision.
• Perform routine maintenance, component replacement, and system repairs.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on wind turbines.
• Conduct electrical analysis to optimize turbine performance.
• Maintain digital records of service activities.
• Coordinate troubleshooting with the GE Remote Operations Center.
