Join Our Team as an Offshore Structural Engineering Specialist

Are you a seasoned Offshore Structural Engineer looking for your next exciting challenge? We’re seeking a highly skilled and driven Offshore Structural Engineering Specialist to become a key member of our dynamic team. If you thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments and bring deep technical expertise, we want to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in offshore oil & gas and marine operations, along with the ability to lead and review complex engineering analyses. Key qualifications include:

• 5–10+ years of experience in the Offshore Oil & Gas industry
• MWS (Marine Warranty Surveyor) experience/exposure (preferred, not required)
• Proficiency in structural design software and computer modeling
• Hands-on involvement with large-scale engineering projects, such as:
• Offshore wind construction (jacket and module lifting, launching, float-overs)
• FPSO construction
• Wet/dry tows and dry transportations
• Subsea pipeline and cable installation
• Heavy module transportation logistics

Core Responsibilities Include Reviewing Analyses For:

• Mooring systems
• Riser and umbilical layouts
• Seafastening and grillage design
• Structural loading and heavy lift arrangements
• Leg bending and stability
• SPMT (Self-Propelled Modular Transporter) loadouts

Your Profile:

• Understanding of classification society rules, industry standards, and client specifications
• Proven ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and navigate complex regulatory environments
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety, precision, and innovation
