Enginuity Global LLC is hiring Offshore Production Platform Operators at multiple levels to operate production equipment, subsea systems, safety systems, and utilities on a deepwater Gulf of Mexico platform.

Openings suit candidates with 0–5 years offshore experience; strong safety mindset; required BOSIET/HUET, SafeGulf training, and a 14/14 offshore schedule. Competitive pay is offered based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 0–2 years offshore experience preferred for entry levels.
  • 2–5 years offshore production experience for higher levels.
  • Must possess current offshore certifications (TWIC, HUET/BOSIET, SafeGulf) and pass drug/alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

  • Assist experienced operators with monitoring and maintaining production and utility systems.
  • Learn basic operation of subsea and topside equipment.
  • Support start-up, shutdown, and production changes for wells and facilities.
  • Troubleshoot basic issues with instrumentation, flow assurance systems, and valves.
  • Mentor Level I operators and maintain operational documentation.

Job Title: Offshore Production Platform Operator-Subsea Systems

Location: Offshore-GOM (Gulf of Mexico)

Schedule: Full-time, Offshore rotational schedule: 14 days on, 14 days off

Pay/Salary: Competitive hourly rate, based on qualifications and experience

Job Summary

We are hiring Offshore Production Platform Operators at multiple levels to support safe and efficient production operations on a deepwater subsea platform in the Gulf of Mexico. Operators will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of production equipment, subsea systems, safety systems, and utilities. Positions are available for candidates with varying levels of offshore and subsea experience.

Ideal For: New to offshore or transitioning from onshore roles

  • Assist experienced operators with monitoring and maintaining production and utility systems
  • Learn basic operation of subsea and topside equipment
  • Complete required safety and operational training (BOSIET/HUET, SafeGulf, etc.)
  • Perform routine rounds, data logging, and support preventative maintenance
  • Demonstrate strong safety culture and willingness to learn in a team setting

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years offshore experience
  • Mechanical or oil & gas background preferred
  • Valid TWIC, offshore medical, and BOSIET required

Ideal For: Operators with working knowledge of offshore and subsea operations

  • Independently operate standard production systems (separators, pumps, compressors)
  • Monitor subsea systems via the Universal Master Control Station (UMCS)
  • Support start-up, shutdown, and production changes for wells and facilities
  • Troubleshoot basic issues with instrumentation, flow assurance systems, and valves
  • Assist in training Level I operators and maintain operational documentation

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years offshore production experience
  • Experience with SCADA/DCS systems and subsea control interfaces
  • Working knowledge of safety systems, ESD, and chemical injection

Ideal For: Highly experienced offshore operators with leadership ability

  • Oversee daily production operations including deepwater 20,000 psi subsea systems
  • Lead platform crew during production activities, interventions, and emergency drills
  • Interface with onshore support, subsea engineers, and ROV teams during troubleshooting
  • Analyze trends in pressure, flow, and well behavior to proactively manage flow assurance
  • Function as relief Production Supervisor during rotation as needed

Requirements:

  • 5+ years offshore production experience (subsea preferred)
  • Strong background with multiphase flow systems, subsea tree operations, and boosting systems
  • Leadership, mentoring, and permit-to-work (PTW) experience preferred
Qualifications for all position levels
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must possess current offshore certifications (TWIC, HUET/BOSIET, SafeGulf)
  • Comfortable working 14/14 rotational schedule in the Gulf of Mexico

  • Must be able to pass a background check; drug and alcohol screening
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Must be able to comply with customer site requirements for access/entry
  • Must have a TWIC card
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
  • See, respond, and report to possible dangerous situations and emergency scenarios
  • Comfortable with heights and able to climb stairs/ladders
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Sitting for extended periods. Bending, reaching, and kneeling
  • Ability to work in inclement weather and/or extreme weather-related conditions
  • Required to wear PPE/Safety gear at specific times
  • Ability to wear an N-95 mask when required
