Job summary

Bergaila & Associates, Inc. seeks Offshore Operations & Procedures Engineers to join their Gulf of Mexico Production Engineering team in The Woodlands, TX.

This hybrid, 12+ month contract role supports offshore facilities, troubleshoots subsea systems, and improves operational procedures. Ideal candidates will have deep water subsea expertise and a strong offshore engineering background, ready to drive safe and high-performing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or similar Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of deep water subsea and offshore engineering.
• Current THUET certification or willingness/ability to pass THUET.
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

This hybrid role involves supporting offshore facilities, troubleshooting subsea systems, and improving operational procedures. What You’ll Need

• Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and prioritize effectively
