Job summary

Noble Corporation is seeking a Process Safety Engineer to uphold safety and regulatory compliance across offshore operations. You will lead HAZID/HAZOP workshops, maintain Safety Case regimes, and guide barrier management with CMAPP alignment.

You will influence senior stakeholders, develop risk models, and drive continuous improvement of safety documentation and performance dashboards throughout the asset lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in process safety or technical safety roles in offshore drilling or high-hazard industries.
• Proficient in hazard identification, risk assessment, Safety Case development, risk modelling, and barrier management.
• Familiarity with international safety regimes and Safety Case regimes; SECE management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HAZID, HAZOP, Bowtie, and QRA workshops to identify MAHs.
• Develop safety case templates and dashboards for real-time risk visibility.
• Oversee SECE identification and linkage to performance standards.
• Guide risk modelling and risk studies to protect operations.
• Support rig intakes, risk assessments, and regulatory inspections.
