Noble Corporation seeks a Performance Lead to optimize drilling, completion, and subsea operations offshore. You will drive LEAN improvements, implement the PDSA cycle, and align delivery with customer expectations while supporting rigs in campaign success.

You will build strong client relationships, lead cross-functional teams, and promote safe, efficient operations across international project sites, adapting to diverse environments and challenging status quo to secure future contracts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Driller or Assistant Driller (Offshore Drilling Rig).
• Deep knowledge of drilling processes and improvement strategies.
• LEAN and PDSA cycle proficiency.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Strong time management and self-organization.
• Advanced analytical abilities; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Ability to work in diverse, multicultural environments.
• Courage to challenge the status quo.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement operational improvements through rig site team planning.
• Record hours, NPT, and ILT in Lookahead/Variance tracker.
• Update KPIs like drilling curve and weekly NPT/ILT graphs.
• Apply LEAN principles and PDSA cycles for continuous improvement.
• Lead after-action reviews and lessons learned sessions.
• Engage with customers to align on deliverables and expectations.
• Coordinate with service providers and assist in phase preparations.
• Maintain risk assessments and safety compliance.
• Ensure action trackers and lessons learned are updated and closed.
