Job summary

Danos is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join offshore warehouse operations on a production platform in Houma, LA. You will execute day-to-day inbound receipt, storage, issuing, and returns to support Operations and Preservation and Maintenance on the asset.

Key tasks include inventory counts, material tracking, staging and issuing, and offshore coordination. Strong SAP experience and offshore/oil & gas background are required to ensure accurate, timely material flow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of material handling and warehousing experience.
• Experience with offshore operations and oil & gas industry.
• Proficient with SAP (P-16 Instance).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct annual physical inventory counts on offshore warehouses.
• Custody of warehouse materials to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Track material availability for offshore operations teams.
• Stage and issue materials for scheduled work and consumables.
• Offload weekly material cargo boxes and verify Bill of Lading.
• Monitor emails and optimize warehouse space and stocking strategies.
• Serve as offshore point of contact for material management inquiries.
