Job summary

Danos seeks a Deepwater Operator A to oversee startup, operation and shutdown of offshore process and utility systems in Houma, LA. You will monitor parameters, perform calibrations, and ensure safe, compliant operations while maintaining production reporting.

Responsibilities include testing equipment, coordinating with maintenance crews, and following PTW procedures to minimize risk. You will work in a team, supporting safety and environmental guidelines at all times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 4-6 years offshore experience as a production operator.
• Good experience of permit to work.
• Medically fit to offshore international standards such as ENG1 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Start up, operate, monitor and shut down offshore process and utility systems.
• Monitor, maintain and optimize process parameters within operating requirements.
• Ensure accurate production reporting is submitted daily or as required by company and client.
• Witness calibrations and verify meter factors and volumes.
• Coordinate logistics for facility and maintenance operations.
• Operate offshore production facility in accordance with customer requirements.
