Job summary

Danos, LLC seeks an experienced Supply Chain Specialist to execute offshore warehouse operations—receiving, storage, issuing, and returns for platform assets. You will ensure material availability for operations and preservation tasks, while coordinating with offshore teams to meet schedules.

The role requires at least 5 years in material handling, strong organizational skills, and hands-on experience with heavy equipment. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office is essential for daily tasks.

Qualifications

• SAP experience (P-16) required.
• 5+ years in material handling and warehousing, including heavy equipment.
• Oil & Gas and offshore experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical inventory counts offshore warehouses annually.
• Care and custody of warehouse materials to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Track material and ensure availability for operations teams.
• Stage and issue material for scheduled work and consumables.
• Move materials on floor or shelving as needed.
• Weekly offload of material cargo boxes and verify against bills of lading.
• Ship materials through platform tracker with inbound/outbound movements.
• Monitor shared and personal email inboxes to maintain business continuity.
• Optimize warehouse space and stocking strategies for replenishment materials.
• Serve as offshore point of contact for material management inquiries.
• Adhere to asset/company mandated programs and trainings.
• Engage effectively with coworkers of varying experience levels.
• Wear appropriate PPE when required.
• Operate SAP within daily workflows.
• Demonstrate material handling and warehousing experience.
