Job summary

Danos, LLC is seeking a Wellhead Material Coordinator to oversee the end-to-end flow of wellhead materials, from sourcing to invoicing, in SAP MM. The role requires offshore experience, strong SAP skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams to ensure materials are available on time.

You will forecast material needs, manage supplier relationships, track inventory, and drive process improvements while maintaining safety and compliance across Gulf of Mexico operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of offshore wellhead materials support experience.
• Strong SAP MM and SAP GUI expertise.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and ensure timely material availability.
• Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end material flow in SAP from sourcing to invoicing.
• Develop demand plan and forecast for wellhead materials.
• Serve as primary contact for materials management for wellheads.
• Issue Purchase Requests and ensure POs for uninterrupted deliveries.
• Manage supplier relationships and deliver forecasts.
• Track inventory via goods receipts and movements in SAP.
• Perform real-time SAP reporting and reconcile data.
• Complete reconciliations within timelines.
