Responsibilities

• Record and organize electronic files and follow predetermined procedures for same.
• Create SOP documentation to support identified processes.
• Maintain electronic records of inventory, shipments, and logistics-related documents.
• Work with forklift operators during loading and unloading trucks.
• Track inventory before loading and unloading trucks.
• Work with crane operators during loading and unloading boats.
• Track inventory before loading and unloading boats.
• Maintain open communication with team members, including forklift and crane operators.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions outdoors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter, able to pick up new concepts quickly.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in logistics, inventory management, or related field is preferred.
