Job summary

Oxy, Inc. seeks an experienced HSE Leader to provide health, safety and environment support for GOA Production Operations and Projects. Located in The Woodlands, TX, the role reports to the HSE Manager GOA.

The position involves leading Offshore HSE Advisors and driving SEMS/HSE program compliance across facilities. The candidate will oversee incident investigations, audits, training updates, and safety initiatives while coordinating with Onshore/Offshore teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Health & Safety experience in Oil & Gas.
• Experience with Offshore HSE Operations.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Formally manage the Offshore HSE Advisors on the assigned facilities.
• Program development and review to comply with SEMS and HSE needs.
• Support facilities in incident reporting and management with Offshore HSE Advisors.
• Lead incident investigations and manage incidents in the incident management system to closure including corrective actions.
• Assist in the rollout and implementation of HSE programs and initiatives.
• Support Onshore and Offshore HSE Representatives as needed.
• Conduct contractor HSE and internal SEMS audits and assessments.
• Provide KPI-based trend analysis of HSE practices and performance.
