Job summary

Performance Energy Services, LLC is seeking an HSE Representative Offshore to oversee all Health, Safety, and Environmental activities at offshore job sites, ensuring compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulations. The role includes site visits, audits, crew changes, incident management, and supporting HSE initiatives.

The role requires working offshore under varying conditions, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with potential extended shifts and a strong emphasis

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education.
• Degree in a Safety field preferred.
• 1+ years Industrial Safety experience with a focus in Heavy Fabrication and Construction.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a valid TWIC.
• Safety certification such as COSS is preferred.
• Offshore safety training certifications (Water survival, etc.) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine site visits and HSE audits to monitor and enforce compliance.
• Facilitate crew changes, ensuring compliance with HSE protocols during transitions.
• Manage case management for work-related injuries and incidents, including documentation and follow-up.
• Review and update HSE policies and procedures as needed.
• Lead and document safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Perform environmental compliance activities such as sampling, reporting, and coordinating with consultants.
• Evaluate site-specific HSE requirements and communicate findings to management.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and inspections of emergency response equipment.
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety rules, policies, and best practices.
• Maintain accurate HSE records and reports for internal and client requirements.
• Support HSE training and awareness programs across offshore sites.
