ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Technical Program Manager - Offshore Engineering & Sustaining Operations to lead offshore sustaining activities with teams in India and collaborators in the US. This role emphasizes program governance, cross‑functional coordination, and process improvements across the offshore/onshore boundary.

You will align engineering changes, documentation, and knowledge transfer while ensuring delivery against milestones.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project/program management, engineering coordination, or technical operations.
• Experience coordinating distributed teams, offshore resources, or cross-site engineering activities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, identify risks, and drive action-item closure.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to support collaboration with teams in India.

• Track workload, progress, dependencies, and issues.
