Job summary

Aramark is seeking an experienced offshore-qualified Electrical Technician in Aberdeen to handle maintenance tasks for catering and laundry equipment in support of Facilities Management operations.

The role involves carrying out maintenance and service tasks, including troubleshooting and general repairs, along with maintaining equipment records. Candidates must have a valid offshore medical certificate and complete relevant electrical trade training.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of offshore emergency training and valid offshore medical certificate.
• Completion of electrical trade apprenticeship required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and service tasks on equipment in the galley, laundry, and accommodation.
• Maintain equipment reports and ensure inventory information is up to date.
• Identify and produce spare part requirements and assist in procurement.

Skills

Electrical trade skills

Knowledge of IEE regulations

Familiarity with commercial catering equipment

Portable appliance testing

Education

City & Guilds 236 Part 1 & 2 electrical trade certificate

ONC / HNC in relevant electrical discipline
