Job summary

Jdr-Cable-Systems is seeking experienced and non-experienced Service Technicians to support products and service globally onshore and offshore.

The role emphasizes installation and troubleshooting of IWOCS equipment, ensuring compliance with quality procedures, and requires excellent communication skills. Candidates should be technically competent in electrical or mechanical disciplines and display flexibility in challenging environments.

A passport, driving license, and offshore certifications are mandatory for candidates.

Qualifications

• Possess technical competence in an electrical or mechanical discipline.
• Have previous experience with Cable and Umbilical Equipment.
• Show excellent communication skills and commercial awareness.
• Display a high degree of positivity and flexibility.
• Demonstrate ability to take on additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Install, operate, and troubleshoot rental IWOCS equipment offshore.
• Comply with JDR termination and quality procedures.
• Perform electrical connector terminations and proof testing.
• Assist in training others and complete paperwork timely.
• Maintain professional bearing while promoting JDR services.
