Job summary

Schlumberger is seeking an Offshore Field Deployment Lead to drive the deployment of Digital Drilling Solutions at offshore rigs and DW facilities. You will lead field teams, coordinate with clients, and ensure hardware, software, and connectivity readiness, adherence to HSE, and successful pilots and rollouts.

The role requires 5–8 years in drilling or drilling technology, plus minimum 2 years supporting rig operations, and strong customer-facing communication and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of drilling or drilling technology experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting rig operations.
• Customer-facing experience and strong communication skills.
• Ability to lead deployments and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop deployment plans for offshore rigs and DW facilities.
• Coordinate field mobilization and installation activities with clients.
• Ensure hardware, software, and connectivity requirements are met before deployment.
• Oversee pilot programs and full-scale rollouts.
• Perform onboarding and training of field engineers and deployment teams.
• Provide final reporting and presentations for each customer project.
