Job summary

SLB is seeking an offshore Field Deployment Lead to implement and adopt Digital Drilling Solutions at rig sites. You will provide on-site product support, guide customers through adoption, and ensure high-quality service delivery while aligning with rig control systems.

You will develop deployment plans, coordinate mobilization, install hardware, validate software, and train field teams. Strong customer-facing and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the listed engineering disciplines.
• 5 to 8 years of drilling or drilling technology experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting rig operations.
• Proven experience implementing digital solutions.
• Customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Create reference documents and onboarding checklists for projects.
• Develop deployment plans, schedules, and hardware/software requirements.
• Coordinate field mobilization and installation with clients.
• Install hardware and validate software per SOP.
• Coach and train field engineers and deployment teams.
• Analyze drilling performance and prepare final reports for customers.
• Act as primary interface between customers, field operations, and service delivery.
