IML Containers/Labels North America Inc. is seeking an Offset Press Operator for 2nd/3rd shift to prepare, adjust and run a Heidelberg XL-106 W/UV printing press. You will perform regular maintenance and quality checks to ensure products meet client requirements.

The role is full-time with shifts from 2:30 pm to 10 pm or 10 pm to 6:30 am. Benefits include health and dental insurance, 401(k), paid time off and more.

Qualifications

• Autonomous, resourceful and meticulous work style required.
• 2 years printing experience preferred.
• Great team spirit and flexibility essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and adjust the press and all peripherical equipment
• Run the press and deliver a product that meets the client's needs and company expectations
• Perform quality controls while running and make necessary adjustments to the machine
• Perform maintenance and minor mechanical adjustments or repairs on the equipment following an established preventive maintenance schedule
• Ensure that all raw materials are available before starting production
• Work in very close collaboration with the Assistant Press Operator
• Participate in any other related task
