Job summary

Lever, Inc. in Michigan is seeking an experienced press operator for Heidelberg XL105/XL106 presses. You will set up, operate, and maintain offset presses, make-readies, adjust ink and registration, and ensure consistent print quality across runs.

The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, a strong eye for color accuracy, and the ability to read production tickets. A high school diploma is required, with technical print training preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating Heidelberg XL105 or XL106 presses.
• Strong understanding of offset printing processes, color theory, and press mechanics.
• Ability to read and interpret job tickets, proofs, and production schedules.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in print production preferred.
