Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating Heidelberg XL105 or XL106 presses.
• Strong understanding of offset printing processes, color theory, and press mechanics.
• Ability to read and interpret job tickets, proofs, and production schedules.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in print production preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain Heidelberg XL105/106 offset printing presses.
• Perform press make-readies, including plate mounting, ink adjustments, and registration alignment.
• Monitor print quality throughout production runs, making necessary adjustments to maintain consistency.
• Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs to ensure optimal press performance.
• Collaborate with prepress and finishing departments to ensure seamless workflow.
• Maintain accurate production records and quality control documentation.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Troubleshoot press issues and escalate complex problems to maintenance or supervisory staff.
