YOUR ROLE

As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by managing strong Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You handle daily store operations as needed, train and motivate associates, and drive sales results. Most importantly, you embody our company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Passion for driving sales: As a key LOD, you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty through an exceptional in-store experience. You support Store Leadership in maximizing business opportunities to meet KPI goals.
• People leadership: You motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values, serve as a role model, and hold associates accountable to service standards, especially on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
• Talent development: You prioritize recruiting and hiring strong talent, and focus on training and developing associates to deliver outstanding service and uphold a Guest First culture.
• Teamwork: You set clear, attainable goals for Sales and Stock Associates, provide ongoing feedback, motivate, and celebrate performance to foster engagement.
• Visual & operational innovation: You execute and improve daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising, and visual standards, ensuring the Fitting Rooms are always guest-ready and aligned with AEO Brand Standards.
• Integrity: You maintain store safety standards, uphold Asset Protection policies, adhere to company policies, and always do the right thing.
