Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative and Lead Generator to join our team as a 1099 contractor. This role focuses on generating leads, selling CurryPro’s resume packages and LinkedIn optimization services, and passing confirmed sales to our writing team for fulfillment. You will target students, tradesmen, professionals, executives, and entrepreneurs across the United States, delivering leads and sales updates daily. This remote position offers the flexibility to use your own lead generation and sales strategies while representing CurryPro professionally, with unlimited earnings potential based on your performance. This role is only open to U.S. residents.

Responsibilities

Identify and generate qualified leads for CurryPro’s resume packages and LinkedIn optimization services, targeting a minimum of 5 sales per project.

Verify lead interest in career services and collect basic contact information (name, address, phone, email).

Promote and sell resume packages and LinkedIn optimization services directly to potential clients, directing them to complete purchases on www.currypro.net.

Pass confirmed sales to CurryPro’s writing team within 1 business day.

Submit daily updates on lead generation and sales progress.

Represent CurryPro professionally in all interactions with leads and clients.

Compensation

25% commission on the total sale price of each resume package or LinkedIn optimization service sold. For example, a $200 sale yields $50 commission.

Compensation is entirely performance-based, with no base payment, but there is no cap on sales, offering unlimited earnings potential.

Payments are made weekly via Venmo based on submitted invoices reflecting confirmed sales from the previous week.

Qualifications

Proven experience in lead generation and direct sales, with a track record of identifying leads and closing sales.

Strong communication and persuasion skills to engage leads and convert them into clients.

Ability to develop and execute lead generation and sales strategies remotely while maintaining professionalism.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet daily update requirements.

Access to necessary tools (computer, internet) to perform the role.

Must be a U.S. resident and available for remote work with occasional virtual check-ins.

This is a project-based role, with each project defined by a specific scope (e.g., achieve sales over 4 weeks, with no cap on quantity). Projects can be terminated with 5 days’ notice by either party, or immediately for cause, such as failure to meet quality standards or policy violations.
