YOUR ROLE
As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading strong Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring an excellent guest experience. You manage daily store operations as needed, train, motivate, and celebrate associates, and drive sales results. Most importantly, you embody our company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive sales: As a key LOD, you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty through outstanding in-store experiences, and support Store Leadership in achieving KPI results.
- People leadership: Motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values, serve as a role model, and uphold service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
- Talent development: Recruit, hire, train, and develop associates to ensure excellent service and a Guest First culture.
- Teamwork: Set clear goals, provide ongoing feedback, motivate, and celebrate team achievements to foster engagement.
- Visual & operational innovation: Execute daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising, and maintaining visual standards. Ensure the Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and aligned with Brand Standards.
- Integrity: Maintain store safety, adhere to Asset Protection policies, follow company procedures, and do the right thing always.
