Job description

ClassUp is seeking an Offline Growth Manager to drive user acquisition through innovative offline strategies and events. In this role, you will develop and execute business development initiatives, optimize sales channels, and represent our brand at community events to maximize growth.

This role is open to candidates with transferable skills in areas like communication, relationship management, problem-solving, and strategic thinking. Direct experience in sales, marketing or business development is a big plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute offline sales strategies and BD events to drive user acquisition.
  2. Identify and test new conversion channels based on market needs.
  3. Oversee regional marketing operations, including staff management, budgeting and P&L.
  4. Represent the company at local events and lead marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience in sales, marketing, business development, event planning, or customer engagement is a plus. If no direct experience, transferable skills are required.
  2. Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
  3. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  4. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Fully remote role with flexible hours; occasional weekend travel required.
