Job summary

The Morongo Band of Mission Indians is seeking a full-time security officer at the Banning, CA site. Under the direction of a supervisor, you will verify security and safety for all vehicles, tribal members, visitors, vendors and personnel entering and exiting the Morongo Reservation.

You may also serve as dispatcher for the Reservation Patrol Department; maintain dispatch logs and use radio transmission protocols.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass a stringent background check.
• Candidates will undergo a computer skills assessment.
• Must be able to type on a keyboard.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook required.
• Ability to operate two-way radio.
• Previous security experience preferred.
• A current BSIS Guard Card is required.
• First Aid/CPR certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
