Under the general supervision or direction of the Legal Support Supervisor, the incumbent provides general to full journey clerical support for the branch; including, but not limited to answering phone calls, receiving/delivering daily mail, using equipment to copy or fax documents for staff members, scanning sensitive documents, maintaining calendars, meeting work deadlines, among other services to support the Legal Office staff.
The incumbent must also be able to work with a team, requiring a high degree of initiative, professionalism, tact, discretion, and have strong communication skills.
Shall consider Office Assistant (Typing). This position requires daily in-office attendance. Position located at 1416 9th Street, Sacramento, CA 95814.
