The Office Specialist 2 leads the day‑to‑day business operations of the Academic Testing Services (ATS) testing centers and serves as the primary point of contact for student office assistants and proctors, as well as for faculty, staff, and students with questions about ATS programs and services. The Office Specialist 2 coordinates exam scheduling and administration based on instructor guidance and accommodations established by the Disability Resource Center (DRC), and leads the daily workflow of approximately 25 student employees. The Office Specialist 2 reports to the Executive Director, Student Academic Support Services and is guided by the Assistant Director, Academic Testing Services.
Two years of general clerical experience. One year of which included typing, word processing, or other experience generating documents; OR
An Associate’s degree in Office Occupations or Office Technology; OR
Graduation from a private school of business with a Certificate in Office Occupations or Office Technology AND one year of general clerical experience.
Note: College courses in Office Occupations or Office Technology will substitute for the required experience on a year‑for‑year basis.

Monday through Friday, 8a.m. to 5p.m.
The starting annual salary rate for this position will be between $19.36 per hour and $21.91 per hour. The starting salary may be negotiable above this range, however it will be dependent upon the knowledge, experience, skills and abilities of the chosen candidate, the budget of the hiring department, and approval from HR.
