GEICO MORRIS PLAINS is seeking a dynamic Sales and Office Manager Trainee to lead a team of Sales & Service Representatives, drive sales, and manage day-to-day office operations in Morris Plains, NJ.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, developing sales strategies, onboarding new agents, and ensuring high quality customer service. A Property & Casualty license is required to apply; a Bachelor's degree is preferred and bilingual applicants are welcome.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Prior supervisory/leadership experience.
• Must have a Property & Casualty Insurance License to Apply.
• Experience as an Insurance agent or relevant experience is preferred.
• Bilingual candidate preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies to maximize the company's customer base and ensure a strong presence through lead generation, marketing, cross-selling, relationship building, and referral plans.
• Utilize sales strategies to promote all types of new insurance contracts and suggest changes to existing ones to meet customer needs.
• Build productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources by networking and referrals.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies targeting potential new business for all lines of coverage.
• Lead hiring, training and onboarding of new agents and staff.
• Monitor sales and provide feedback to agents to improve performance.
• Maintain outstanding quality for sales and service.
• Conduct team huddles, meetings, staff development and performance reviews.
