Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Marketing and Sales experience.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving history; ability to lift 50 pounds; willingness to travel.
• Experience with event planning, execution, and travel.
• Willingness to build relationships through face-to-face interactions at events or retail locations.
• Impeccable driving history over the last 5 years.

• Event Planning: Organize and manage marketing and sales programs, including trade shows and events.
• Sales Generation: Generate leads and drive sales by building and maintaining relationships with customers, retail partners, and internal associates.
• Budget Management: Effectively manage marketing budgets to achieve business objectives.
• Industry Trends: Monitor industry trends, competition, and new opportunities to stay ahead in the market.
• Consumer Data Analysis: Gather and report customer intelligence to inform sales teams and drive business growth.
• Training and Development: Train and develop retail partners and consumers on our products and services.
• Product Demonstrations: Develop and execute creative demonstration events to showcase our products.
