Job summary

Northwood Office in Charlotte, NC is seeking a diligent Analyst to support operations, leasing and investment teams as the company expands its U.S. office portfolio. The role is on-site with occasional travel at the company's expense.

The Analyst will perform complex financial modeling, budget preparation and underwrite new opportunities, while coordinating with teams to produce marketing materials and manage administrative functions. Strong English communication and detailed work are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of analyst experience in CRE-related roles such as asset management, leasing, development, investment sales/capital markets, or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex financial modeling and analyze development budgets
• Prepare annual property budgets and asset management reports
• Assist with review of new investment opportunities and support the underwriting process
• Perform credit review of prospective tenants
• Research markets, properties, companies and industries
• Track and report on economic and demographic trends, office development and leasing activity
• Respond to client and investor inquiries
• Review and abstract leases, contracts, and legal documents
• Manage the team’s day-to-day administrative and organizational functions, process improvement projects, and production of marketing materials
