Job summary

The Clearing House in Charlotte is seeking an Analyst, Corporate Real Estate Management to support CRE strategy, portfolio optimization, budgeting, and analytics. You will focus on real estate data, financial modeling, and reporting to drive informed decisions.

Responsibilities include assisting with lease renewals, relocations, and consolidations; conducting market research; space planning and workplace initiatives; and coordinating with facilities teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, real estate, analytics, information systems, or related field.
• 1–2 years of related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; experience with Power BI/Power Apps preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
