Titan Factory Direct are seeking a capable Office Manager to support our South San Antonio operations. You will handle customer inquiries, coordinate with lenders and contractors, process loan-related docs, and keep billing and records organized.

The role emphasizes a professional, resilient approach to scheduling, vendor management, and office operations in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual Spanish is a plus and growth opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Office management experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in construction, homebuilding, manufactured housing, or a related industry is a plus.
• Loan processing, bookkeeping, or invoicing experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and business software.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.
