Titan Factory Direct in San Antonio, TX is seeking an organized Office Manager to support fast-paced homebuilding operations in the South region. You will manage multiple projects, coordinate with customers, lenders, and contractors, and ensure accurate records and timely communication throughout the home-buying process.

The ideal candidate has office management experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle competing priorities.

Competenze

• Office management experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in construction, homebuilding, manufactured housing, or a related industry is a plus.
• Loan processing, bookkeeping, or invoicing experience preferred.
