Qualifications

• 8+ years in category management, business development, channel sales, or related tech roles.
• Direct experience with national or Tier 1 technology distributors.
• Proven success growing category revenue, market share, and profit via indirect channels.
• Experience creating distributor business plans and growth strategies.
• Experience supporting product launches and portfolio transitions.
• Strong analytical and investment evaluation capabilities.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead Office Print category for assigned distributors and own outcomes.
• Develop annual and multi-year plans to grow shipments, sell-thru and revenue.
