What We’re Looking For

More than anything, we are looking for someone with the right mindset: organized, curious, adaptable, dependable, and willing to learn. This is a hands‑on role for someone who takes pride in getting the details right, keeping things organized, and helping a team operate effectively. Priorities may change quickly, so the ability to pivot, think ahead, and maintain composure is essential. The right candidate does not need to know everything on day one but should be motivated to learn, take ownership of responsibilities, and grow with the role.
