Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding information and coordinate with admins and managers.
• Plan move logistics, blocking strategies, and relocation details.
• Maintain and update the move matrix with customer data.
• Assess cubicle conditions and coordinate ergonomic adjustments.
• Review move lists and resolve issues proactively.
• Analyze furniture layouts and optimize storage locations.
• Coordinate with vendors, IT disconnections/reconnections.
• Provide on-site supervision during move days.
• Coordinate post-move follow-ups and space adjustments.
