Responsibilities

1. Establish and maintain customer relationships, follow up as needed.
2. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance options, policies, claims, and billing.
3. Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance products.
4. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
