Job summary

State Farm agent office in Manchester, MO is seeking an Agent Team Member to establish relationships, follow up with customers, and provide prompt, friendly service handling inquiries about insurance availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.

Use a needs-based review to educate customers on options, develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products.

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
