The successful candidate will manage office workflows, training, and the daily administration of accounting tasks while supporting company goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct management experience, including office or customer service management.
• Applied knowledge of accounting functions (payroll, budgeting, AR/AP).
• Strong experience in a customer service capacity.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster a positive work environment with high morale, productivity and staff development.
• Coach office staff to deliver quality customer experiences and drive sales opportunities.
• Schedule appointments and manage resources for delivery, service and sales.
• Ensure accurate financial reports and oversee expense control.
• Maintain customer information systems and report inventories on schedule.
