You will drive customer satisfaction, retention, revenue growth, and dealership success through strong leadership and process improvements.

Responsibilities include supervising CSRs, managing billing/AP/AR, coordinating with field teams, and providing data-driven insights to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of office management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of billing, AP/AR, inventory management, and procurement.
• Experience with bid preparation and contract administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer service and a team of CSRs to meet service levels for Residential customers.
• Oversee all billing, AP/AR, move-outs, collections, and credit approvals.
• Coordinate with managers to align office operations with field activities.
• Identify process improvements and prepare regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and growth.
