Job summary

Packard Culligan Water in Minnetonka seeks an Office Manager to lead a team, drive customer experience, and manage administrative and financial operations for the Residential division. You will support installation and service teams, ensure accurate billing, and develop standards to boost retention, revenue, and dealership success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of office management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of billing, AP/AR, inventory management, and procurement.
• Experience with bid preparation and contract administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, train, and mentor CSRs serving Residential customers.
• Oversee billing, accounts payable/receivable, and collections.
• Reconcile accounts and review financial reports for trends.
• Ensure month-end processes are completed and compliant.
• Coordinate with managers to align office operations with field activities.
• Develop customer service standards and drive process improvements.
