Job summary

Culligan of Stillwater is seeking an Office Manager to oversee customer interactions and administrative duties while leading a team to deliver exceptional service. The role includes payroll, financial reporting, supervision and process improvements in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of direct management experience, strong communication skills and knowledge of payroll and budgeting. Position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct management experience in office or customer service roles.
• Experience with payroll, budgeting and AR/AP.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; business degree preferred.
• Some light travel for annual company meetings.
