Summary/Objective: This position oversees day-to-day operations of the corporate office, manages administrative staff, and ensures smooth, professional office functions.

Essential Functions include:

  • Supervising administrative team members, providing guidance and feedback.
  • Scheduling staff to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Managing performance, training, and development of staff.
  • Ensuring high standards of customer service and professionalism in reception.
  • Overseeing maintenance and vendor management of facilities.
  • Coordinating workspace assignments and relocations.
  • Managing purchasing, invoice reconciliation, and business continuity planning.
  • Supporting event planning and other administrative duties as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • 3-4 years administrative experience and 2+ years in office management.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Additional Skills: Fluency in English, self-starter attitude, staff leadership, computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office, excellent communication, multitasking, and attention to detail.

Physical Demands & Work Environment: Office setting, involving sitting, standing, climbing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and occasional exposure to chemicals or bloodborne pathogens. Overtime and travel may be required.

Travel: Up to 10% local and overnight travel may be necessary.
